Miriam is a professional with twenty years’ experience in consulting, now working for El Corte Englés as IT Lead for Channels and Customer Experience Transformation. In this function, she ideates and leads new growth opportunities based on technology, leveraging omnichannel capabilities and improving customer experience in and out of the stores.

During the last years, she was driving different digital transformation projects. Since 1996 Miriam was holding different positions like Senior Analyst and Managing Director at Accenture, where she gained experience with international and diverse environments.
