Luciana Padua is Director of Consumer Insights in Digital Brand Commerce at Adidas group. She is responsible of providing insights from consumer’s behavior online to shape the consumer engagement strategies. As a team lead she works on developing talent to help the organization become more data driven.
Luciana’s path to Analytics and Data Science was not the regular one. After completing her Bachelor in Business, she started working as an Analyst in Unilever, where she discovered her passion for data. She did a Masters in Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery at University of Buenos Aires in Argentina and move to the financial sector after completing it. She then started working for SAS Institute, the leader in analytics solutions, where she helped clients to understand how analytics could improve their business. Now with more than 10 years of experience in business analytics, she is contributing in creating the new at Adidas group within the Digital Brand Commerce organization.
